Avoid Drowning; Learn to Swim

The newest addition to the household here is quite an excellent person. Cath, that is, not the couches that were also very recently added. Yesterday afternoon she and I hiked down the the LCBO, and were greeted by the oh-so-welcomed sample wine display. The woman made the mistake of mentioning the word "free" around two students, so we polished off about 6 each. The wine itself wasn't overly good, but just as alcoholic as the standard ferment.

After browsing for awhile, Cath grabbed a bottle of merlot (which, I believe, is still sitting on her desk), and we decided to split a bottle of Jagermeister between us, as well.

Main Entry: Jagermeister
Part of Speech: noun
Definition: A very strong and bittersweet German beverage made from 56 herbs, fruits, and spices.
Etymology: German 'hunt master'

We mixed this with this new 'Dew Fuel' drink, which is just caffinated Mountain Dew, as far as I can tell. The poor mans Redbull. A few good friends stopped by as well, and along with my housemates, we had a good drunken time.

The guestlist as I remember it was: Jodie, Mickey (her boyfriend), Mickey (my roomate), Rheanna, Greg, Adam, Tom, Steve, Julian, Cath and myself. At about.. 2am? we ordered some roof-pizza.

Main Entry: Roof-Pizza
Part of Speech: noun
Definition: One or more pizzas ordered and then consumed in short order while sitting on a quilt or other soft object, while sitting on a roof.
Etymology: English 'awesome'

In the process, a few people stumbled off the roof, though none were injured.

Hung-overs ensued.
